Campus Closure - Power Outage
Situation Update
Most of UMBC's Catonsville campus is currently without power due to a fallen tree off campus. BGE is aware and has dispatched a repair crew, but no restoration time is available yet.
Campus is currently closed, effective at 4:30 p.m.
Facilities staff will continue to communicate with BGE regarding the outage. We will inform the community when power is restored and when campus will reopen as soon as possible.
