Event Security Request Form
Completed forms must be submitted to Avon Nelson no later than 10 days prior to the event.
Please note: failure to secure proper security coverage within the time span noted may result in the cancellation of the event. Failure to notify University Police within (48) forty-eight hours of cancellation of an event will result in a billing charge to the organization for police officers and/or police aides.
