Occurred Date/Time: February 9, 2024, 1:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Incident Description: An Infiniti was parked and secured on Back Road early this morning at approximately 1:30 a.m. and reported stolen at 7:15 a.m.

Safety Tips
Victims are not to blame. Perpetrators are responsible for criminal behavior. The following safety tips may reduce vulnerability:
- Stay alert and attuned to people are circumstances around you. Report suspicious activity to UMBC Police immediately.
- Remove USB cables from vehicles while not in use.
- Park in well-lit, highly visible areas.
- Lock your vehicle and take valuables with you.
- Consider purchasing a steering wheel lock or other anti-theft device.
