Indecent Exposure at the Library
Crime Alerts are issued by the UMBC Police to alert the campus community of incidents on Campus that could compromise safety.
Incident: Indecent Exposure
Location: 5th floor of the Albin Kuhn Library
Date/Time: September 12th at 4:45p.m.
On September 12th at approximately 4:45p.m a female student observed the suspect with his hands in his lap appearing to be fondling his genitalia. The female student then observed the man expose his penis while looking at her. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 150 to 175 lbs., wearing a blue and white striped shirt, blue jeans, and salt and pepper hair with a beard and goatee. The suspect is known to be a frequent visitor to the library.
