Crime Alerts are issued by the UMBC Police to alert the campus community of incidents on or near Campus.
Incident: Armed robbery (Knife)
Location: Inner Hilltop Cir. between Commons Dr. & Admin. Dr.
Date/time: February 12, 2019 10 pm
On February 12 at 10 pm a male student was robbed and assaulted by two males, one had a knife, while walking to his vehicle. The males were described as African-american, 21 to 25 years of age. One was described as 6'0 tall with a deep voice and the other as 5'8. Both were wearing black hooded sweatshirts. Suspects fled on foot toward Commons Garage.
